So we went yesterday for our amnio to check on the G-man's lung development (the c-section was scheduled for Thurs.) and apparently the little guy isn't ready to make his debut. AAAAAAHHHHHH!!! We were just SO ready for Thursday! In my head I know that this is a good thing, but ugh. Now it looks as if our date will be February 12. So basically 2 years from now. At least that's what it seems like to us. I guess we do all of the "lasts" again. Last time going out to eat, last time going to a movie, last time sleeping in on a Saturday morning, last free weekend, you get the idea. Although this throws us for a HUGE loop, we know that it is what's best for him. So everyone flip your calendars over to February and circle the 12th (maybe in pencil). :)

That has to be so frustrating. But at least you know that he will be able to come when he is ready. I will keep you guys in our prayers.
Awwww, that will be good for the little guy to stay in there as long as possible. I know it will be hard for you guys - so enjoy this extra time to hang out, sleep in and go on some dates!

Hang in there guys!!!! We thought little Everlee was going to come this Friday and now everything is being scheduled for the 13th! You beat us by a day!!!!!!:) I am so with you, you feel like you are going to get to see your little one and then nope, just kidding. But it is what is best for our little ones. Coming from a second time mom- try to keep busy to keep your mind off it all and take advantage of the sleep!!!! :)

Do you realize that you're having your baby the same time I had Luke? Yes, Luke is turning FIVE on Monday, 2/9. Hang in there girl and enjoy every single one of those "lasts" because you'll never have them again (and truthfully, you won't really want them, either!) I'm praying for you, girl. Is his name Grayson? Greyson? Or you aren't sure yet?
