So it appears as if summer has truly arrived here in Michigan and with nicer, warmer weather we've been getting outside a lot. I thought I'd quickly post some photos from this weekends "photo shoot" at Riverside park in Grand Rapids. Oh and by the way Grey's 5 months old already!!! ahhhhhh! it can't be true !
But he continues to do well, so we give thanks everyday for his good health. He has an appointment this Friday with the neurosurgeon to check his shunt/head measurement etc. We pray that these types of appointments will become fewer and farther between with how well Grey's been doing!! Please pray that this is the case.
so here ya go, a few pics from the weekend.

How cute is he!?! I hope things continue to progress as they have so far, and those appointments should begin to get more and more spaced out.
Love the pics! Grey is getting so big!!
oh my gosh, LOVE the pics, he is such a cutie--best wishes at the upcoming appt!
Wow...he is getting big. Glad to hear his appts are good and that you had a superb Father's Day.
Hi there. I know you don't know me, but I came across your blog and immediately felt a kinship. You see, our 5 year old son (almost 6) was also born with Spina Bifida. It's amazing how I automatically feel a common bond with other parents of children with Spina Bifida.
Your little guy is absolutely beautiful. Reading your story and his brought back so many memories of those first days and months with our son.
I hope your sweet boy continues to do well. He looks like a happy little boy, and it sounds like he is thriving. It is such a blessing to be parents to these sweet children.
Sorry for peeking in without knowing you, I just couldn't read your story without leaving a little comment ;)

I have been following your blog for a while now and just wanted to say that you have a beautiful family! Grey is absolutely handsome! :-) I found out about Greyson through my mom, when she found you on my niece Whitney's blog! As you know Whitney was also born with Spina Bifida, our family would not be the same without our happy lovey girl! I just wanted to let you know that you have been in my prayers and continue to be and to say thanks for praying for our family as well. It is great to know that as Christians we can all pull together to help eachother in that way. What an awesome God we serve! Glad to see that things are going well and I LOVE all of the pictures that you post!
Melissa :-)
Hey - I'm a friend of Nate and Emily Bush and sometimes check your blog when I check theirs. Your son is so handsome! I'm glad things are going well. Jane Daining
